I'm a therapist who believes that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and life transitions using an integrative approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods like EMDR, as well as somatic practices including trauma-informed yoga, Acudetox, and walk-and-talk therapy. These tools allow us to move beyond talk therapy alone and help you reconnect with your body, your resilience, and your sense of safety.
